Months after Brittany Furlan claimed she was catfished by someone posing as musician Ronnie Radke, the rocker has filed for a temporary restraining order against her, seeking protection from harassment allegations from the comedian and her husband Tommy Lee.
The claim filed by Radke on Monday, Jan. 5, was denied by the court, but a hearing is scheduled for Jan. 23 in Los Angeles, according to Furlan’s attorney and documents obtained by PEOPLE.
The legal development comes months after Radke, 42, and Furlan, 39, made the drama public on social media in May. Furlan claimed he was “seduced” by someone claiming to be Radke on Snapchat, but the Falling In Reverse frontman said he did not know Furlan and that Lee, 63, had threatened him over the incident.
Radke said in her restraining order petition that she doesn’t know Furlan, but that she has “contacted me numerous times on social media,” “showed up to my doctor’s appointment without an appointment, stared at me while I waited, and has continued to harass me online ever since.”

Radke added that the worst podcast host “will never stop posting false public claims about me or sending messages coercing underage fans into lying about me.” He asked the court to order Furlan to stay 100 meters away from him.
In a statement shared with PEOPLE, Furlan’s attorney denounced Radke’s accusations and argued that Furlan is actually the one facing the harassment.
“Ms. Furlan is upset to learn that this petition has been filed as she is the only victim of harassment. We will take all legal steps to defend this frivolous lawsuit and request that Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and intimidation by the petitioners,” he said.
In his filing, Radke included numerous screenshots purportedly supporting his claims of harassment, including an Instagram DM from Lee that read, “Watch out! … Don’t mess around, dude!”
Furlan opened up about the situation on TikTok in May, explaining that she exchanged Snapchat messages with someone she believed to be Radke during a “difficult time” in her marriage to Lee, whom she married in 2019.
“(Radke) says this isn’t him. That’s fine, whatever. I don’t care,” Furlan said. “Catfish, cool. Catfished me. Why are you still harassing me? Why are you sending me hundreds of messages? Why are you trolling me? I don’t care — I unfollowed you. Leave me alone. That’s it.”
She also said she would “come clean” to Lee, who “freaked out” and messaged Radke.
Despite the tough times, Furlan and Lee appear to have made amends, as they celebrated birthdays together in the fall and on a recent vacation.
In September, Furlan shared a video supporting Mötley Crüe at their Las Vegas residency, which included a shot of him kissing Lee.
“May 2026 be the best year ever for you all. Tommy & Brittany Lee,” the drummer posted on Instagram on New Year’s Eve.
