Ciao, Hudson!
After turning heads at the Golden Globes, Rivals star Hudson Williams had the time of his life at Milan Fashion Week.
Page Six Style exclusively reported that the 24-year-old Canadian actor made his runway debut at Dsquared, and on Friday, Williams made a grand entrance in the Winter Olympics-themed show.
He traded in his ice skates for high-fashion snow boots, opened the fashion show, and descended a snowy staircase wearing a deconstructed denim jacket decorated with Canadian maple leaves (what else?).
The entire show was an ode to the Winter Olympics, which will be held in Milan next month.
Meanwhile, Williams set the streets of the fashion capital ablaze. Videos of the young star, who went from virtual obscurity to overnight heartthrob thanks to the success of the hot hockey romance show, went viral on social media, with fans gushing over his dignity.
At a Dsquared afterparty, he got down and dirty, pulled up his white tank top and showed off his abs as he danced the night away, even hoisting one of the designers over his shoulders.
The star, who plays Canadian hockey player Shane Hollander in the spicy series, has dared to smoke just about anywhere, including backstage at Dsquared, where he was even spotted pulling a cigarette straight out of the mouth of one of the brand’s designers.
Williams was reprimanded for puffing outdoors and even got into some minor trouble. Italy has implemented a strict no-smoking policy as part of its efforts to tackle air quality.
“I didn’t know it was illegal to smoke on the street. I’m sorry,” he lamented on Instagram (along with a photo of him lighting a dart).
And while making a splash on the catwalk, Hudson didn’t stop there.
She arrived at the Armani Hotel wearing a sleek black blazer and was later spotted shopping at the brand’s store wearing an oversized teddy jacket, where she graced the front row. Williams was seen flanked by pals Ricky Martin and Tom Bryce.
Even Martin swooned, posting two selfies taken at the pre-show dinner, tagging Hudson with the caption: “Good food, better conversation, great seat neighbors.”
Donatella Versace may have stepped down from her eponymous fashion brand last year, but she apparently still spends her free time watching TV. Donatella was the first notable fashion to follow both Williams and co-star Connor Story on social media, publicly declaring her love for her “hot rival” on January 9th.
Famous fans finally got to meet the Canadian star, who posted a slew of photos on Instagram with the caption: “Tourning Versace Cottage with @hudsonwilliamsofficial 💜✨.”
In one of the pictures, he shows off his coveted gift. It’s a baroque Versace robe with your name on the back.
Fans are going gaga over every look, so we’re sure to see more big appearances as fashion week continues in Paris and New York.
