Ray J’s estranged wife Princess Love shared a pointed post after the “One Wish” singer was arrested on Thanksgiving.
The “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” alum reposted the Instagram carousel to her Story on Thursday, explaining “what gaslighting feels like.”
The first slide emphasized “counter” tactics, with an example saying, “No, you’re acting a little crazy. What happened is (a completely new scenario that never happened) and that’s the truth.”
The next slide shows a “projection” template.
It read, “You’re just trying to confuse everyone to get the upper hand and control the narrative. We all know why you’re doing this, so please stop.”
The 41-year-old also shared glimpses of her Thanksgiving celebrations, from silly footage of her friends eating to photos of their meals.
Princess Love’s laughter could be heard in the background of the video.
TMZ reported on the same day that Ray J was in a jail near Los Angeles after allegedly pointing a gun at his ex-girlfriend and threatening the man she was with.
The altercation was recorded in an alarming livestream, in which the Grammy nominee said, “Nobody’s going to take[the kids]away on Thanksgiving.”
The songwriter, who has daughter Melody, 7, and son Epic, 5, with Princess Love, was seen loading a handgun in the video.
“I’m in my own house, and if you walk in this door, I’m going to blow this motherfucker away, brother. I’m not going to do that, leave me and the kids alone,” he said.
When Princess Love arrived with her cousins and the children, Ray J accused them of being drunk and refused to give Epic to the children as the former reality star hugged Melody.
Ray J threatened to “shoot” the unidentified man and appeared to struggle with him while repeatedly saying, “I’m going to kill you, brother.”
In the harrowing video, in which Princess Love calls her ex-partner a “woman abuser” and “delusional”, a child can be heard crying and police arrive.
According to TMZ, a possible domestic violence incident involving threats was reported around 4 a.m., and officers cleared the residence and took the suspect into custody.
Ray J’s rep has not yet responded to Page Six’s request for comment, but he lashed out at Princess Love on Live, saying, “I’m going to protect my kids and I’m going to protect my space.”
In a since-deleted Instagram video, Princess Love denied Ray J’s claims that she was drunk and claimed she only brought her children to cook Thanksgiving food because she didn’t want them to be alone with their father.
“The last time I left them with you, they found you naked in bed with a woman,” she claimed. “And when I tried to ask about it, you told me to go fuck yourself and that I shouldn’t run there.”
She married Ray J in August 2016 and welcomed Melody and Epic in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
The on-again, off-again couple has filed for divorce four times throughout their marriage, most recently in February 2024.
The couple were spotted kissing at a Bow Wow concert in April, but divorce proceedings are still ongoing.
