Prince Harry had the best time this summer in the happiest place on the planet.
The Duke of Sussex has detailed his recent Disneyland trip with his wife Meghan Markle and their two children (6-year-old Prince Archie and four Princess Lillivet) in a special edition of “20/20.”
In “The Happiest Story on Earth: 70 Years of Disneyland,” Royal joked that his little ones thought it was “surprising” before the theme park officially entered.
During his June visit, Harry said, “Guys, this isn’t even the front of it. Get yourself ready. You’re about to be blown away.”
The 41-year-old told viewers over the weekend, “It was amazing to see kids throw themselves into these experiences when they didn’t know what they were walking.”
He gushed out, “It brings out the child inside you again.”
Markle, 44, shared the footage from the enjoyable experience via Instagram in June, writing, “Thank you to @disneyland for giving my family two days of pure joy!”
The “Suit” alum video featured Lillivet’s “Little Mermaid”-themed birthday cake and several selfies about Teana’s Bayou Adventure, Buzz Lightyear Astroblaster and other vehicles.
Markle, who also spoke about his love for Disneyland on Sunday, said Archie asked, “When is my birthday?”
Elsewhere in the special, she and the ex-military pilot looked back on their childhood visit to Disney Parks.
“I went with (late) mom (Princess Diana) and my brother (Prince William),” recalled Harry’s 1993 trip. “I remember it very well, I remember losing it as a kid with all the characters.
He goes to “Rounds and Rounds and Rounds” on Space Mountain “10, Probably 12 times”.
Markle described Disneyland as “a Southern California girl” as “more accessible” for her, but he described it as “still the world’s biggest treat.”
When she remembered her graduating night as a senior high school senior, Harry expressed interest in traveling outside of business hours.
“It sounds so much fun. Can you do that in your forties?” asked the prince.
He and Markle, who have been married since 2018, left the UK in 2020 and are currently living in a mansion in Montecito, California.
However, Harry dropped a hint last week that he might return across the pond, chatting with Joss Stone, who recently moved to the UK.
Hello the singer! A magazine that Harry is “really interested” in Stone’s moves.
He reportedly spoke to the Grammy Award winner about “how great school is and how important it is to the kids.”
