Logan Henderson slit his knee on stage and was rushed to the hospital.
The pop star shared a photo of a large wound on Thursday after being injured in Krakow, Poland.
According to TMZ, the Big Time Rush singer, 36, was sliding down a set piece with band members James Maslow, Carlos PenaVega and Kendall Schmidt when he hit his foot during an energetic performance of “Love Me Love Me.”
According to the paper, PenaVega quickly reassured the audience that Henderson would be okay.
Henderson later shared a photo of his gruesome knee injury on his Instagram Stories, admitting he was “okay.”
“Hi Krakow, thank you for the great show,” he said in a video from his hospital bed.
“I’m sorry I couldn’t stay until the end, I was having a little too much fun, so I hit my knee pretty bad and had to be taken to the emergency room,” he revealed.
Ms Henderson said doctors were “treating her because she should feel better soon”, but warned viewers with “sick stomachs” to look away before showing her bloody knee.
“Thank you for tonight. I love you all. I’m okay. Thank you for checking in. I love you.”
Page Six reached out to reps for Big Time Rush and Henderson.
Henderson and the band are currently in the middle of the European leg of their Real Life Worldwide Tour, which began in July.
Henderson previously shared a short clip from his time in Germany, writing: “European tour is amazing!!!”
In September, the singer posted a meditative selfie on social media along with a merry-go-round photo to celebrate her 36th birthday.
“Thank you God for this life and all the people who make it special,” he captioned the Sept. 16 upload.
“It’s been a tough journey. Thank you for the well wishes. Love you all.”
Henderson’s accident follows a number of horrific on-stage accidents this year. In July, both Post Malone (Glendale, Arizona) and Lady Gaga (Las Vegas) suffered shocking mid-performance dips.
