what did he mean?
Pop singer Zara Larsson shared her candid reaction to Justin Bieber’s Coachella 2026 performance via TikTok on Sunday.
“It makes me want to smoke a cigarette and watch YouTube,” the 28-year-old wrote over footage of herself and a friend streaming Saturday’s headlining set at a music festival in Indio, California.
The group laughed as Bieber, 32, was seen sitting in a chair on stage, browsing YouTube and reacting to viral memes.
After the pop star said “deez nuts” into the microphone and reenacted the “Double Rainbow” video from 10 years ago, Larson asked, “What do you mean?”
She wrote in the caption that Bieber is in the “dull rotation of dreams.”
Larson clarified in the thread that she doesn’t “hate” the show.
“People are… projecting,” the songwriter claimed. “Lol, I was excited.”
Katy Perry also made headlines over the weekend for mocking Bieber’s controversial main stage performance.
The “I Kissed a Girl” singer, 41, posted an Instagram video of himself in the audience joking, “God, he’s premium.”
“I don’t want to see ads,” joked Perry, who attended with her boyfriend Justin Trudeau.
Bieber has yet to address the negative comments about his set, but many of the Grammy winner’s fans have come to his defense.
One X user called Bieber a “mastermind” and pointed out that Bieber’s YouTube segment was a reminder of how he became famous.
Hailey Bieber showed her support for her husband by wearing basketball shorts monogrammed with the couple’s last name and a “Future Mrs. Bieber” T-shirt.
During the performance, Justin sang songs from his latest albums “SWAG” and “SWAG II,” while giving a gentle cheer to his girlfriend and their 1-year-old son, Jack.
The “Baby” singer, who reportedly earned $10 million for her Coachella gig, is set to take the stage again next weekend.
