Paul Preece Jr., winner of season 1 of Netflix’s survival competition show “Outlast,” was arrested in Tennessee on March 6 on multiple sex crimes charges, including child rape.
Preece, 51, was charged with rape of a child, aggravated sexual assault and attempted rape of a child, according to Knox County jail records reviewed by Page Six.
Preece is being held in the Knox County Jail on $150,000 bail.
Preece competed in “Outlast” in 2023. The show pitted contestants into teams to survive in the Alaskan wilderness and compete for a $1 million prize.
Preece won the season along with team members Seth Rooker and Nick Radnor.
