North West is officially on Instagram!
On Saturday, Dec. 20, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s 12-year-old daughter made her debut on the social media app, sharing a photo of herself in a familiar pose.
In the blurry snapshot, North flashed two peace signs, her mother’s signature pose, in a darkened room surrounded by Christmas decorations. She wore a printed Balenciaga T-shirt with a miniskirt and boots, and wore her hair in a slick bun.
North captioned the post, “First post.”

According to her bio, her Instagram account is managed by her parents. North already has more than 400,000 followers, including her mother Kim, 45, and grandmother Kris Jenner. North is currently not following anyone.
North shared a second post on Instagram on Sunday, Dec. 21, in which she covered her face with her hands. I could see her bright blue hair sticking out from under her big fluffy hat.

North is the eldest son of Kim and Kanye, 48. The former couple, who separated in 2021 and divorced in 2022, have three children: Saint, 10, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6.
North’s Instagram debut comes after she already has a shared TikTok account with her mother, Kim, called KimandNorth. The 12-year-old often posts funny dance clips with her mom, siblings, and friends on the page.

North has been experimenting with his style in recent months. In October, she was spotted with friends sporting fake body modifications, including fake face tattoos, nose piercings, and grills.
On December 9th, North responded to criticism over her middle finger skin piercing. In the clip, North lip-syncs to a voice that says, “Why are you crying? How old are you? Just get it together.”
“This is for everyone who’s mad about finger piercings,” she wrote above the clip.
In a series of recent TikTok videos, North revealed that she bleached her eyebrows.
In one clip, she showed off her new look while modeling a long blue wig. North captioned the video: “Enjoy life.”
