Variety reported that nine new cast members have been added to season 3 of “Nobody Wants This.”
Andrew Rannells (“Girls,” “The Book of Mormon”), Kyra Monterosso Mejia (“The Studio,” “Abbott Elementary”) and Sarah Silverman (“Postmortem,” “Maestro”) all have recurring roles on the hit comedy.
The series also added six new guest stars: Avan Jogia (The 56 Days, Balthazar), Poorna Jagannathan (The Deli Boys, Never Have I Ever), Sadie Sandler (The Happy Gilmore 2, The Roommates), Stephanie Koenig (The English Teacher, A Lesson in Chemistry), and Stephen Webber. (“Wings,” “Chicago Med”). Additionally, series creator Erin Foster is set to guest star in the upcoming season.

‘Nobody Wants This’, which will air its third season later this year, will be joined by returning stars Kristen Bell, Adam Brody, Justin Lupe, Timothy Simmons and Jackie Torn.
Bell will play Joan, an agnostic podcaster who falls in love with a rabbi named Noah, played by Brody. The series follows their relationship as they try to reconcile their disparate views on religion while their families watch with skepticism.
Erin Foster founded the series and serves as executive producer. Jenny Konner and Bruce Eric Kaplan will serve as executive producers and showrunners. Bell is also an executive producer along with Sarah Foster, Nora Silver, Steven Levitan, Daniel Stokdyk, Jeff Morton and Three Arts’ Ollie Obst. TV number 20 is the studio.

Andrew Rannells: Sebastian, Joan’s nemesis in the conversion class.
Kyra Monterosso Mejia plays Amber, a single woman enrolled in Joanne’s Introductory Judaism class and obsessed with finding a Jewish husband.
Rabbi Eden, played by Sarah Silverman, is a warm and quirky teacher of an introductory Judaism class and a supportive figure for Joan and Noah.
Travis, played by Avan Jogia, is a confident, unassuming guy who enjoys getting under Joan’s skin.
Erin Foster plays Nicole, a terminally single, chaotic mess…if everything in her life goes wrong, she’s Joan.
Poorna Jagannathan plays Eleanor, Sebastian’s brash and bitter aunt.
Sadie Sandler plays Dennis, a young psychic who gives Morgan readings.
Stephanie Koenig plays Poppy, a cynical dating app regular who tries her luck with Sasha.
Julian, played by Stephen Weber, is a funny, down-to-earth, cool and reassuring divorced father.
