Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s daughter looks to her mom for inspiration.
The model, who graced the cover of Elle Australia’s March issue, told the magazine that going to photo shoots with her mother as a child inspired her to seek opportunities in the industry.
“I definitely got a lot of interest from those experiences, and especially being privileged enough to experience them at a young age,” she told the outlet.
“My mother has always been a very creative person and has been my biggest inspiration in life,” she added, noting that Kidman “plays an important role in everything I do.”
She also said that being punctual was her mother’s advice. “The biggest advice in the industry that my mom gave me is to always be on time,” she told the outlet.
“There’s always going to be early calls and errands you don’t want to get up for, but being punctual is so important because it shows you’re ready and that you appreciate being there.”
17-year-old Sunday Rose made her runway debut at Miu Miu’s Spring/Summer 2025 Paris Fashion Week show in October 2024.
Then, in January of the following year, she appeared in a campaign for the brand’s collection, posing in a trench coat and skirt.
She then appeared on the cover of a fashion magazine for the first time, posing in a brown leather Prada skirt suit for Nylon magazine’s August 2025 issue.
At the time, she admitted that she had already taken inspiration from her mother’s very fashionable closet.
“I take everything out of my mom’s closet,” she told the outlet. “I sometimes joke to her that it’s my favorite store.”
Sunday Rose’s latest comments about her mother’s influence come two months after her parents finalized their shock divorce in January after 19 years of marriage.
Under the agreement, Sunday Rose and her sister Faith Margaret, 15, will be with the Big Little Lies actress 306 days a year, while her country star father will spend “every other weekend” with them.
Kidman appears to have taken solace from Faith and Sunday after their breakup, sharing her thoughts in a touching New Year’s Instagram upload in January.
She shared a photo of herself and her two daughters arm in arm watching fireworks and wrote above the photo, “Looking forward to 2026.”
That same month, a source told People that the Oscar winner is “optimistic” and “spending a lot of time with his daughters.” He added: “She loves family time.”
