Nicole Kidman is said to have a new suitor just weeks after finalizing her divorce from Keith Urban.
Billionaire businessman Paul Salem is romantically pursuing the 58-year-old “Baby Girl” star, people familiar with the matter told TMZ on Monday.
Sources told the outlet that Salem, who is chairman of MGM Resorts International’s board of directors, is interested in the Oscar winner and has informed those close to him.
Kidman and the wealthy businessman, 62, reportedly have two mutual friends and have dated twice at group events, but sources have revealed that they are not dating and have never spent time together one-on-one.
Like the “Eyes Wide Shut” star, Salem is also a divorcee. He and ex-wife Navin Salem divorced in 2021.
Kidman’s representatives did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Reports that Salem is madly in love with Kidman come just a month after the Big Little Lies star and Urban, 58, finalized their divorce.
The former couple, who married in June 2006, announced they would be separating in September 2025.
“Sometimes relationships pass by on their own,” a source said at the time, adding that Kidman “didn’t want to separate and was trying to salvage things.”
She officially filed for divorce from the country rocker on September 30, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
He has daughters Sunday Rose (17) and Faith Margaret (15) with his ex-girlfriend.
“Nicole is spending a lot of time with her daughters,” a source told People magazine last month. “She loves family time.”
“She is feeling refreshed and optimistic heading into the new year,” the source said, adding that Kidman is “looking forward to a busy and exciting year professionally with several projects lined up.”
As for Urban, he has been romantically linked to both 25-year-old guitarist Maggie Boe and up-and-coming country singer Carly Scott Collins.
Those romance rumors were ultimately dismissed by Collins and Beau’s close friends, but sources claimed that Urban moved in with a new lover last month.
“We heard he has someone else. That’s why the girls are openly supporting their mother,” a source claimed to the Daily Mail last month.
“People even think they live together,” the source added. “See, there’s a reason why teenage girls fight 3-on-1 because they love their dads.”
