Former NFL star Emmanuel Acho is telling Tiger Woods to grow up after his recent DUI arrest.
The retired linebacker called out Woods Sunday night during the sports talk show “Speakeasy.”
“Tiger, you have too much responsibility, you have too much money, you have too much wisdom, you have too many gray hairs to go to prison for drunk driving at this important age, in this important year of 2026,” Acho, 35, began.
“You have children. You have a family name. You are an incredibly influential, important and successful person,” he continued. “Besides, this is not your first incident.”
Acho went on to tell the 50-year-old sports icon that he was putting not only himself but his family and “everyone else” at risk by “drinking and driving.”
“How many times are we going to see this happen?” the former Philadelphia Eagles player concluded. “And I’m tired of making exceptions for famous celebrities.”
A representative for Woods did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The five-time Masters champion was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving last Friday after being involved in a horrific rollover car accident on Jupiter Island, Florida.
Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said at a news conference that Woods “exhibited signs of impairment” and “refused a urine test” after the accident.
Budensiek also clarified that officers “did not suspect alcohol in this incident” as the embattled golfer “gave triple zero” on a breathalyzer test.
Meanwhile, in May 2017, Woods was arrested for drunk driving after a police officer found him passed out behind the wheel of a Mercedes-Benz in Jupiter, Florida.
He ultimately pleaded guilty to reckless driving in a plea deal to avoid a DUI conviction and was sentenced to one year of probation and a $250 fine.
Acho is not the first star to tell Woods to clean up his act following his recent DUI arrest.
Former PGA golfer Mark Rye acknowledged that Woods “should have some accountability,” while PGA Tour announcer Doug Bell called the golf legend’s rollover accident and subsequent arrest “troubling.”
Meanwhile, former golf pro Brandel Chamblee urged Woods to hang up his golf clubs, and Kevin Kisner, Woods’ teammate at the March 24 TGL event, called the incident “very disturbing” and “really disappointing.”
As for Vanessa Trump, who Woods is dating, she has reportedly given the golfing great a strict ultimatum if he doesn’t turn things around.
“He sometimes takes her and the kids in his car,” a source told the Daily Mail on Monday. “She’s always thinking about whether he was a good driver or not.”
Vanessa, 48, has children Kai, 18, Donald III, 17, Tristan, 14, Spencer, 13, and Chloe, 11, with ex-husband Donald Trump Jr., while Woods has daughter Sam, 18, and son Charlie, 17, with ex-wife Elin Nordegren.
“She’s a protective mother,” the source added of Vanessa. “She needs stability and this is not stable. If he can’t fix this, she will walk 100 percent.”
