Nancy Hall, a media buying executive with expertise in data and ad tech, has been named CEO of WPP Media’s U.S. operations, taking the helm of one of the most influential agencies in media and entertainment.
WPP Media manages billions of dollars on behalf of major advertisers, helping them decide where that money should go and how it should be spent.
“Nancy’s unparalleled background and visionary leadership made her the ultimate choice to lead WPP Media US. Her exceptional track record as a transformational leader in data, technology, programmatic and analytics consistently delivers impactful results for clients and is perfectly aligned with our strategic priorities across WPP,” Brian Lesser, global CEO of WPP Media, said in a statement. “This deep expertise, honed in building modern, technology-enabled client organizations, is exactly what WPP Media needs to accelerate our momentum.”
Hall will fill the role previously held by Shab Farjami. He will leave the company in October 2025.
She joined WPP Media, formerly known as GroupM n 2023, as CEO of Mindshare North America. She previously held senior management positions at Epsilon Conversant and Interpublic’s IPG’s Matterkind.
