Bartlett was cast as Scott Cunningham, chairman of the town’s Board of Supervisors.
The TV series “All the Sinners Bleed” is created by Joe Robert Cole, who serves as writer, showrunner, executive producer, and director of some episodes. Higher Ground Productions, Amblin Television and Cosby will also serve as executive producers.
