Miranda Kerr reveals new details about the split of her ex-husband, Orlando Bloom’s Katy Perry.
According to a model who was married to the actor from 2010 to 2013, he and the pop star broke up friendlyly.
Carr appeared on Thursday’s episode of “Kyle and Jackie O’Shaw.” Meanwhile, Kyle Sandylands and Jackie Henderson said that “mature” Bloom appears to be breaking up with his partner “with respect and dignity” and leaving “great conditions.”
“Yeah, honestly, it shouldn’t be anything else, especially when you have kids. Your child’s needs must always come first, and there’s harmony.”
She said, “What do you know? They will be in your life for the rest of your life as you have children together.
The former Victoria Secret Angel shares her 14-year-old son Flynn with Bloom, who shares Perry and daughter Daisy (5 years old).
“If you have that hostility, it only hurts yourself. So, in fact, if you have forgiveness, you can feel better from creating peace in your own life,” Kerr emphasized during the interview.
She also said she “loves both of them” and was with them last weekend on August 26th to celebrate Daisy’s birthday.
“Katy and I were talking to Orlando and they were like, ‘Let’s take a picture!'” Kerr shared.
“It was kind of funny. Katie sent me a photo of Orlando, and his two exes were sent aside. But we all had big smiles on our faces.
Kerr described Perry, 40, as “surprising,” reiterating, “I love her, and clearly I love him.”
In June, news of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star, 48, broke that the singer called it quits after nearly a decade of finishing together.
“It’s not a controversy at this point,” sources told us each week at the time, claiming Perry was “upset” but “reassured.”
Sources say the former couple’s relationship was “strung for months,” causing the split to become “long time.”
About a week later, the pair issued a joint statement confirming they were no longer romantically involved.
“Due to recent interest and conversations surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry’s relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have changed their relationship over the past few months and are focusing at the same time,” a duo representative told Page Six at the time.
“They continue to be seen together as a family. Their common priorities, and as always, raise their daughters with love, stability and mutual respect.”
The “Lord of the Rings” star met a musician at a Golden Globe Awards afterparty in January 2016.
They got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2019, but never got married.
As for Carr, I tied the knot in May 2017 with Evan Spiegel, co-founder and CEO of Snapchat.
They went on to welcome their sons Hart, 7, Miles, 5, Pierre, 1.
