Milo Ventimiglia’s family has grown!
The “This Is Us” actor and his wife Jarrah Mariano are expecting their second child, sources have confirmed.
On Saturday, January 24, Mariano, 42, celebrated her and Ventimiglia’s daughter Keala Coral’s first birthday by sharing a photo of herself cradling the toddler in a brown bikini and floppy hat, showing off her growing baby bump.
The Hawaiian model posted a picture of mother and daughter on Instagram with the caption: “Happy 1st year baby girl.” “When you came into my life, I immediately had two different thoughts. I’m going to die for you as soon as possible, but now I also have to live as long as possible to make sure you’re safe.”
“This is the most unique love I’ve ever experienced. It’s as unique as the soul you have,” she continued. “In a world filled with so much fear and hate, I know that wherever you go you shine a bright light and make it a better and brighter place for those around you. Keala Coral, I love you forever x Mama.”

The big news for Ventimiglia, 48, and Mariano comes a year after they welcomed their daughter and just two weeks after losing their home in the devastating fires in Los Angeles.
“I don’t have a home. I’m definitely not homeless,” Mariano wrote on January 21, 2025, along with a photo of her newborn baby’s lower half and her dog’s paws. “Welcome back, Keala Coral Ventimiglia 🌈 1.23.25.”
She went on to explain that on January 7, she and her family were forced to evacuate from the Palisades Fire, losing their home and “everything we owned” in the process. They also lost the house they planned to move into, which was under construction at the time.
“I’m 38 weeks pregnant and evacuated during the Franklin Fire just a few weeks ago,” Mariano continued. “I consider it a gift that we were able to essentially do a dry run for the inevitable. I’m also forever grateful that we were able to evacuate the Palisades Fire during the day, so we could feel more prepared and not be completely caught off guard in the middle of the night, for example.”

“My family and I are together, happy, healthy and safe, and that’s what really matters,” she added. “We are deeply grateful to all the heroes who helped fight the fires, and will continue to care for all those affected by the aftermath for years to come. This will be a long process of rebuilding and will leave many saddened, but we are feeling optimistic and inspired to welcome all the exciting newness of our new start!”
After giving birth to her first child during such a difficult time, Mariano made sure to thank her friends, family, birth team, hospital staff, and community for their “generosity” and support as she and Ventimiglia navigated the early years of parenthood.
“Please allow everyone the time and space to spend time with your newborn at such a delicate time,” she concluded her post. “We already have plenty of what we need and will update you again in time.”
