Host Miles Teller played property brothers Jonathan and Drew Scott from the show of the same name, twins who showed up at the White House to help President Donald Trump renovate the building on “Saturday Night Live.”
Americans watched in amazement as Trump demolished the East Building to build a ballroom, and the skit managed to work with ICE, the demolition of the movie theater, first lady Melania Trump’s decorating style, and Trump’s desire for a third term.
“This week, we are tackling our biggest challenge yet: building the new White House ballroom,” Teller announced. “Donald and Melania moved into this house nine years ago. They were evicted for four years and moved back in. Donald has a keen eye for interior design.”
James Austin Johnson, who plays Trump, said, “I keep this pot of gold everywhere.”
Johnson’s Trump said: “I have about 100 of them in every room. That’s what makes me happy. It’s so important to be happy these days. There’s some really dark things going on in the world, and I’m part of it. And this is the crown I just got on a trip to Asia. What says democracy like a crown?”
Later, Teller toured the White House with the Trumps and commented on Melania’s preferences. “She has her own style. I love these Halloween decorations you put up.”
“That’s for Christmas,” Melania, played by Chloe Fineman, deadpans.
“The Trumps have already made some subtle changes in Congress,” Teller explained.
“Donald posted a picture of himself as a soldier from ‘Halo,'” Melania pointed out.
Melania explained that the house was being renovated because it was “only 55,000 square feet” and needed a ballroom “because Donald loves dancing.”
President Trump said, “I’m a great dancer. I’m a great dancer. Look it up. Right?”
Property Brothers said that when they asked Donald what his budget was, he replied “between $350 million and infinity.”
Trump then told the brothers he wanted to build a ring for mixed martial arts matches and suggested hosting a “bum fight.”
“Not just official fights, but casual backyard fights. You know what I’m saying? It’s just two mentally ill people fighting each other. Are we going to fight again? Remember fighting? We love fighting!” Trump exclaimed.
President Trump added: “It will be ready in time for my third term. We want this to be our forever home, because we’re not going to leave. We’re going to have what we call a coup.”
At the end of his tour of the White House, Teller said, “I think all that’s left is the construction costs.”
“Aren’t you guys from Canada?” Trump asked before yelling “Ice!” when agents barged into the room. “ICE is coming. We like ICE. It’s creepy, very creepy. This is very creepy secret police stuff.”
“‘Real Estate Brothers’. Only on HGTV and Truth Social,” the announcer concluded.
