The duchess has been sharing more photos of her children lately, but she always hides their faces online. On October 9, Meghan made rare comments about social media and her children, including her eldest son Archie, while accepting the Humanitarian of the Year award at the 2025 World Mental Health Day Gala hosted by Project Healthy Minds.
“Our children, Archie and Lili, are only six and four years old,” she said in her speech. “Can you believe it? Luckily, I’m too young for social media.”
“But we know that day will come, and like many parents, we are constantly thinking about how to harness the benefits of technology while protecting against its dangers. And that hopeful separation intention is rapidly becoming impossible.”
