Meghan Markle was spotted in Montecito during a shopping trip. The Duchess of Sussex wore an ensemble layered with accessories. It was her unusual off-duty style.
On April 1, Meghan visited Montecito and was photographed shopping at a local toy store. The Duchess of Sussexeg was dressed casually off-duty, showing off her sense of style even when she’s not in the spotlight.
Meghan modeled straight-leg jeans, a beige top, an oversized canvas jacket and a voluminous white scarf with colorful stripes. She further accessorized with a white baseball cap and light brown suede loafers with tassels. She grabbed several paper bags filled with toys and got into a waiting car.
The Duchess appeared to be shopping for her children Archie and Lilibet. Last May, she shared a post celebrating Archie’s sixth birthday, which included a photo of him standing against a beautiful sunset. In the caption, she wrote: “Our son. Our sunshine. Happy 6th birthday to Archie! Thank you for all the love, prayers and warm wishes for our sweet boy. He’s 6 years old! Where did he go? (And to everyone who came to celebrate with him last weekend, thank you for making his birthday so incredibly special ❤️).”
In November, she opened up about her children in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, explaining that she watches them every day to see how they are becoming new people.
“I’m a mom with kids at an age where I’m always learning new things,” she said. “Every day I see them face things that feel completely insurmountable, but I can remember and say, ‘I know it’s really hard right now, but trust me, it’s going to get easier soon.'”
