Meghan Markle and Prince Harry enjoyed a romantic date night at Chez Margaux in New York City over the weekend.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex appeared to be in good spirits as they left the Meatpacking District membership hotspot frequented by Taylor Swift and other A-list celebrities.
Markle chose a chic strapless dress for her Sunday outing, while Harry wore a blue suit and white button-down shirt.
Singer Ed Sheeran was also spotted at an upscale restaurant on Sunday night.
However, it is unclear whether he was dining with the royal couple or his own group.
Markle, 44, and the “Spare” author, 41, spent the weekend in the Big Apple after making a rare red carpet appearance together at the Project Healthy Minds Gala last Thursday.
At one point, while posing with his wife, Harry got dexterous by putting his hand on her bum.
At the event, the pair were recognized as Humanitarians of the Year in recognition of the Archewell Foundation’s role in creating a safer digital world for young people and their families.
The next day, Markle and Harry attended the Project Healthy Minds World Mental Health Day Festival, then had lunch with friend Serena Williams at Soho House.
The “With Love, Meghan” star and the tennis legend first met at the 2010 Super Bowl at Sun Life Stadium (now known as Hard Rock Stadium) in Miami Gardens, Florida.
However, Markle and Williams did not become close until they reunited in 2014.
The latter was later spotted playing with the couple’s four-year-old daughter Princess Lilibet at their home in Montecito, California.
Markle and Prince Harry are also parents to a 6-year-old son, Prince Archie.
The royal couple’s back-to-back public appearances come after a source told Page Six that Markle supports Prince Harry’s plans to reconcile with his father, King Charles III, and the rest of the family.
The couple stepped down from royal duties in 2020 and moved from the UK to the US, and have been estranged from the royal family ever since. Since then, they have not held back in speaking about their experiences with the royal family in various interviews, books, and television projects.
