Meg Ryan and her daughter Daisy have made their first public appearance in a year, as they were spotted walking around London.
The ‘Sleepless in Seattle’ star and the 21-year-old looked in good spirits as they chatted and went shopping in Notting Hill on Monday.
They braved the cold with warm jackets, and the actress wore a black down jacket and jeans.
Ryan, 63, accessorized with sunglasses, a crossbody bag, and sneakers.
For Daisy, she wore a purple sherpa denim jacket, jeans, and sneakers.
They smiled as they took turns holding brown carrier bags.
The mother-daughter duo was last photographed together in October 2024, when they were spotted walking in New York City.
A few months ago, Ryan and Daisy visited the McNally-Jackson bookstore in SoHo before indulging in some more retail therapy in Tribeca.
The “You’ve Got Mail” star adopted her daughter from China in 2006 when she was around 2 years old.
She previously gushed that it was “destiny” for them to be together, telling Glamor magazine in 2023 that “our relationship made me believe in the magic.”
That same year, Ryan highlighted the bond between Daisy and her 33-year-old son Jack Quaid in an interview with People magazine, calling them “the two greatest people ever.”
Ryan shares Jack with ex-husband Dennis Quaid.
She and the “Parent Trap” star were married from 1991 to 2001.
Despite living apart, there is no bad blood between the actors, and Denise said she has no regrets about her relationship with Ryan.
“We got Jack Quaid out of this, but who’s really trying to cover both of us,” he said on “Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace?” In September 2024.
