Travis Kels first sparked rumors of a romance with Taylor Swift in September 2023, with reports surfaced that they were “wandering around.” Two months ago, Kelse revealed that she had tried to provide Swift with her Swift phone number at one of her ERAS tour concerts.
The A-listers then confirmed speculation on September 24, 2023 at a Kansas City Chiefs match when Swift found him cheering for Kelse in his suite.
The couple announced their engagement on August 26, 2025.

Maya Benberry
Kelse took a chance on love and starred in his own E! The date, titled the dating reality show “Chasing Kelce,” was a time in 2016 when 50 women (one from each state) competed with him.
Despite his doubts, the athletes have decided to select the contestant from Maya Benbury of Kentucky.
“I love your confidence, but sometimes it makes you overconfident,” he told her at the time. “It shows a kind of arrogance. I’ve been attracted to women like my whole life and such a relationship.
However, he eventually took his heart above his head and chose Benbury as his winner. The two broke up just a few months ago for unknown reasons.
Seven years later, Kelse recalls his reality television era and admits that, although it sounded like a good idea at the time, he is no longer sure.
“It was very troublesome because we had nothing to really say about what we were doing on the show,” he said on a January episode of “The Pivot Podcast.”
He recalled seeing the show as an opportunity to “make six numbers in two weeks.”
Kera Nicole
A year after Benbury, Kelse dated sports broadcaster and model Kayla Nicole from 2017 to May 2022.
The former couple liked Kelce flirting with her on Instagram, following her, posting photos and watching all her Instagram stories, he explained to E. News for February 2022.
“I was stalking her so I finally got caught up in the New Year. And you know, in the New Year, she shot her shot, jumped on my DMS, the rest is history,” he recalled.
The duo enjoyed several public and red carpet events together, but first split in August 2020.
At the time, rumors were circulating that Kelce was dishonest towards her, but he vehemently denied the storyline.
“This is fake news… a lie… And it’s not the reason why Kayla and I broke up… take all your hatred elsewhere,” Kels tweeted, according to a screenshot taken by TMZ.
They decided to give their relationship to another shot a few months later, but they parted ways in May 2022.
Neither Kelce nor Nicole gave a reason for the split, but they denied the Barstool Sports Report, claiming it was because they “paid her half of everything.”
“I don’t know where I got this nonsense from, but it’s ridiculous and very wrong,” she tweeted in June 2022.
Kelce also encouraged people to “buy that s-t” in the same episode of “The Pivot Podcast.”
“We had a relationship for five years. We didn’t think of $100 here, $100 there,” he said.
Nicole worked to disband in late 2024, competing in Fox’s “Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test.”
“It was overwhelming to experience public breakup,” she said.
Zuri Hall
A few months after Nicole and Kelce stopped it for good, he sparked rumors of romance at “Access Hollywood” correspondent Zuri Hall.
In October 2022, Hall was sitting in a family suite at the Chiefs game, according to a screenshot in a Barstool sports blog post. One of Kelse’s friends shared a video of the hall with an NFL player in the background, HollywoodLife reported at the time.
Eagle Eyed fans have noticed that Hall and his Exnicol, which previously followed each other on social media, have not been dismantling each other at the same time that rumors of romance sparked.
Neither Hall nor Kelse have addressed the rumors.
Taylor Swift
The NFL star publicly declared his interest in Swift in a July 2023 podcast episode with the podcast “New Heights.”
Kelse admitted to trying to number Swift at the ERAS tour show in Kansas City, Missouri in July 2023, but had no chance to exchange the numbers.
Luckily for him, he and the “Love Story” diva came into contact with them, leading to a report on September 12, 2023, claiming that the two were “wandering around.”
Travis showed speculation on social media, and his brother, Jason Kelce, jokingly confirmed that the romance rumors were “100% true.”
“I think they’re great,” the Philadelphia Eagles athlete said before claiming he didn’t know what was actually going on.

Travis and Swift made the headline on September 24th, 2023.
Thew new couple were then photographed and witnessed the stadium together.
From there, they celebrated the victory by going out to the rooftop bar with the rest of their teammates.
The following Sunday, Swift joined the New York Jets and Chiefs Games vs. New York Jets at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey, along with fellow members such as Sophie Turner, Hugh Jackman, and Blake Lively.
While Swift skipped the Chiefs’ matchup with the Minnesota Vikings on October 8, 2023, Page 6 secretly celebrated Kelse’s 34th birthday together in Kansas City the day before.
Swift finally rushed back from the Airs Tour show in Tokyo to see Kelse and the Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers at the Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas.
However, the pair’s love story didn’t end on the football field. After the 2024 NFL season ended, Querse promised to travel to Singapore and Sydney to see Swift perform and do her best to attend her show in Europe.
Lovebird traveled to the Bahamas in March 2024, where they made it on the beach and spent time together at a private estate for $15,000.
Kelce and Swift continued to support each other for the next few months. Professional athletes took part in tour concerts from eras around the world, and musicians cheering for him in the stands at Arrowhead Stadium.
On August 26, 2025, the “smart” diva announced that she and the athlete were engaged.
She took her to Instagram and shared a photo of the perfect suggestion of a photo that was made in a garden filled with pink and white coloured flowers.
