Mauricio Umansky has sparked rumors of a romance with another younger woman, two years after his split from wife Kyle Richards.
The “Buying Beverly Hills” star, 55, was spotted cozying up to “F-Boy Island” star Celisa “CJ” Franco, 34, after dinner at West Hollywood hotspot Craig’s in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.
As first reported by the Daily Mail, the photo shows Umansky putting his arm around Franco, kissing him on the cheek and resting his face on his shoulder. Franco clearly enjoyed the attention, leaning into the hug with his eyes closed and a bright smile.
Richards, 56, and Umansky, who separated in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage, have not yet filed for divorce.
Since then, he has been reported to have dated much younger women, including singer Anitta, 32, model Nikita Khan, 34, and Claudia K, who was 33 when they were spotted together last December.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star has said in the past that she and her ex-lover are “free” to date other people. However, the couple, who have three daughters, Alexia, 29, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17, appear to be prioritizing peaceful co-parenting.
“Mauricio and I get along very well. You know, we just want the best for each other,” she told People in April. “We love our daughters.”
She further added, “I have his back. He has my back,” and admitted that the two are “really good friends and we always have been.”
“I’m alone. I’m single. I’m on a date. I guess it’s my time,” Umansky recently told People.
But he said his daughters not only want him to be “happy” and “enjoy” themselves, but also “to be age-appropriate” when it comes to relationships.
“They don’t want me being photographed or going out, especially with someone I’ve just dated for the first time, something like that,” he said.
Franco was last linked to director Len Wiseman, and they got engaged in 2023.
She appeared in the first season of the HBO Max reality series ‘Fboy Island’ in 2021. She eventually married fellow contestant Jared Evans, but the romance didn’t last long.
