Matt Kalil’s lawyer has accused Hayley Bailey of chasing “riches and fame” over comments about the player’s penis size.
“Haley Kalil exposed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that were not of legitimate public interest, exposing Matt Kalil and his family to widespread ridicule and unwanted attention,” Ryan Saba, the former NFL star’s attorney, told Page Six in an exclusive statement Wednesday.
“Haley Kalil shared sensitive personal information about her ex-husband, clearly seeking wealth and fame,” the attorney added.
“Her actions were extreme and outrageous, beyond the bounds of decency, and caused significant harm to Matt Kalil, his family, and his business.”
However, a representative for Bailey told Page Six, “This lawsuit is not legally tenable, and we will move immediately to dismiss it. This argument significantly expands existing law and seeks to establish a harmful new precedent by imposing liability on women for simply speaking openly and honestly about a previous relationship. This raises serious First Amendment concerns, especially in a case involving two public figures.”
Khalil, 36, filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife on Tuesday, claiming her “degrading and deeply personal comments” exposed him to “unwanted public attention and invasive comments.”
In court documents obtained by Page Six, the former NFL star claimed that the influencer’s comments also affected his wife, Keilani Asmus.
Matt shared a screenshot of the “disturbing” and “alarming” messages Asmus received on social media due to Bayley’s comments.
Some of these remarks came from fans who asked intrusive questions about the model and Khalil’s sex life.
The former Minnesota Vikings star is seeking $75,000 in damages.
Following the lawsuit, Bailey, 33, told Page Six in a statement that she was “shocked” and “incredibly hurt.”
“Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he chose to subject us and our family to this ordeal,” she added.
In a November 2025 Twitch stream, Bayley revealed that Khalil’s masculinity was the “biggest factor” in their 2022 divorce.
Kairi, a former beauty pageant titleholder, not only claimed that Kairi’s penis size is “equal to 0.01 percent of the population”, but also compared it to a “can of Coke” stacked together.
Khalil and Bailey were married from 2015 to 2022.
The former offensive tackle married Asmus in April 2024 and their son was born later that year.
