Martha Stewart is ready for a challenge, especially when it comes to her beauty routine.
On Monday, the mogul hosted an intimate dinner for his skincare line, Elm Biosciences, at Flamingo Estate, and changed his hair dramatically for the occasion.
With the help of hairstylist Chris Appleton, Stewart tried out a bombshell-worthy updo that night, complete with face-framing tendrils and a generously voluminous top.
Ahead of the event, she and Appleton shared a video on Instagram that capitalized on the hype for HBO’s “Heated Rivalry.”
Martha stood in a bathrobe with her hair down to her shoulders as she and Appleton shook hands as a voice proclaimed, “Canada’s Shane Hollander… and Russia’s Ilya Rozanov…”
Appleton captioned the clip, “Challenge accepted,” and concluded with a look at Stewart’s extensive mane transformation.
To match her new vibe, Stewart opted for gold lame leggings, a yellow silk blouse with a knot at the neck, and an embroidered cardigan.
Her hairstyle reminded me of Pamela Anderson in the 1990s. This throwback, dubbed #Pamcore on TikTok, has returned with a vengeance over the past few years.
Of course, Stewart is no stranger to glamour. Just last week, she revealed that she puts on make-up before working out in the morning, quipping: “There are men at the gym so I have to put on make-up.”
The 84-year-old could be teaching a master class on the art of the Instagram selfie, and recently put to rest rumors that her ageless appearance is due to plastic surgery.
“Everyone claims I’ve had plastic surgery, but I’ve never had it,” she told People magazine, adding, “I’m the most honest person on the planet — but if they don’t take my word for it, I don’t know.”
