Mark Normand has his next stand-up comedy special scheduled for Netfilx.
The hour, titled “None Too Pleased,” will premiere on the streamer on March 17. Normand filmed the special at the Boulder Theater in Boulder, Colorado.
The New Orleans-born, New York-based comic “turns marriage, fatherhood, and hot topics into rapid-fire punchlines in this witty, free-spirited tale of off-limits,” reads the logline.
“Actually, my wife recently found out that I went to a strip club. I don’t know how she found out, but I’ve only talked about it four times on the podcast,” Normand jokingly says in the trailer, launching into a NSFW punch line.
“None Too Pleased” is executive produced by Jordan Levy, Rachel Herricks, and Turner Byfgrin, and produced by Matt Schuler.
Normand’s last special was Netflix’s “Soup to Nuts” in 2023. Prior to that, in 2020, the manga self-released “Out to Lunch” on YouTube. He also featured a 30-minute set on Netflix’s “The Stand-Ups.”
Normand hosts the podcasts “We Might Be Drunk” with Sam Morrill and “Tuesdays With Stories” with Joe List. He has made 14 stand-up appearances on late night television, including “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” and “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” Normand is also a frequent guest on “The Joe Rogan Experience” and a regular panelist on “Kill Tony.” He is currently on his “Mumbo Jumbo” tour throughout the United States.
