The fitness model resurfaced on Instagram on Tuesday, posting a new photo of herself and Tristan Thompson’s son Theo for the first time in years.
Inside the unusual carousel, Nichols either turned away from the camera or covered the 4-year-old’s face with a cup.
“Weekend adventure ⚡️,” she captioned the slideshow, which featured sweet snapshots from her vacation in San Diego, California.
The mother-son duo saw flamingos at the zoo, explored Verbatim Books, sat on the beach, and more.
Nichols told her followers that the holiday was “so peaceful” and “so much fun.”
Mr Nichols last posted on social media platforms in September 2024, and the last glimpse of Mr Teo was seven months earlier.
“Happy,” she wrote, alongside a photo of her toddler picking fruit at the time.
Before that, Nichols recorded a visit to the farm together in August 2023.
Nichols gave birth to Theo in December 2021, while Thompson, 34, was dating his on-again, off-again girlfriend Khloe Kardashian.
The NBA player was later dumped by the reality star, who was expecting son Tatum, now 3, via surrogate mother.
Thompson initially denied being the father of Nichols’ child, but he was confirmed as the biological father in January 2022.
Nichols later gave valuable insight into their time together, claiming on Instagram that their relationship was “not a one-night stand.”
While Thompson has been repeatedly criticized on social media for acknowledging his other three children and even calling Rob Kardashian’s 9-year-old Dream “daughter,” he never criticized Theo.
