A man was arrested for trespassing at Travisquerce’s Kansas home on September 15, according to a local outlet. He was said to have been there on behalf of Justin Bardoni’s lawyers to provide deposit paper to Taylor Swift in connection with his ongoing legal battle with his “It Ending” co-star Blake Lively.
KCTV5 said police identified Justin Lee Fisher. Justin Lee Fisher was arrested shortly after local time after being arrested for reporting a trespasser near Gate Residence in Kelwood, Kansas, reportedly being a Kansas investigator.
Bardoni legal officers did not immediately respond to Variety’s request for comment.
For a long time, Bardoni had tried to engulf the 14-time Grammy winner in a lively and troublesome lawsuit. However, on September 12th, his efforts were thwarted by Judge Lewis Liman. Lewis Liman ruled that Bardoni’s legal team had too long to deflect Swift and had not provided sufficient reason to extend the September 30th deadline.
“The requested extension was denied because they were unable to demonstrate proper diligence,” Liman wrote at the time.
At one point, it seemed Swift would testify after Bardoni’s lawyers claimed in a September 11th filing that he agreed to sit for the deposit between October 20th and 25th. However, Swift’s lawyer Douglas Baldridge said the following day that “the action has no important role” and “didn’t agree to the deposit.”
Bardoni’s team was thought to be interested in a lively discussion between Swift and the lively, about the onset condition “it’ll end with us.” Baldoni’s lawyers have achieved court permission to obtain messages between Swift and Lively after Lively’s team was unable to completely stop them from being involved in Swift’s case.
