Luann de Lesseps is trading the Cavalley again for a corset.
The real character best known as one of the original stars of the real housewife in New York City, has returned to the Canadian series Murdoch Mystery, which was a hit with the upcoming season 19 premiere.
Again, the Countess plays Noel Victoria, the charming and unning wife of Toronto’s shady mayor Vaughn.
Viewers first met Lespep’s character, named after real-life adult children, Victoria and Noel, during the photo shoot for the opening of the hydroelectric power generation last season. There, she steals the spotlight and even sneaks into a flirty moment with detective Murdoch (Yannick Bison) herself.

Now, following season 18’s cliffhanger, in which Vaughn closes Station House No. 4, Noel is playing in an epic way (and along with her trusty assistant, by Dave Quinn of People).
With her own secrets and shattering against her husband, Noel may hold the key to saving Murdoch and his team, but it remains to be seen if she is there to help or play the bigger game.

Speaking to 60-year-old De Lesseps, she shared her excitement about returning to the series.
“When I first joined Murdoch’s mystery, I was overwhelmed by how much fun it was to step into this incredible world,” she says. “Costumes, drama, plot – it was great, and the cast and crew were so welcoming! I couldn’t be excited to come back as Noel Victoria and stir things up even more this season.”
“Let me say you should expect viewers to flirt with fireworks,” she adds.

Murdoch Mystery is not just a crime drama, it is a cultural institution. The 1-hour procedure premiered in 2008, holding the record for Canada’s longest-running drama series and recently celebrated its 300th episode milestone.
Based on Maureen Jennings’ detective Murdoch novel, set in Toronto in the late 1890s and early 1900s, the series follows Detective Murdoch of the time, including early forms such as fingerprinting, blood mark analysis, photography, photo analysis, and early forms.
In Canada, Murdoch Mysteries airs on CBC and has a stream on CBC Gem. In the US, it aired on Ovation TV and later available on Acorn TV.
