Love Island USA star Huda Mustafa has been issued a temporary restraining order by Nicole Olivera, the ex-girlfriend of her boyfriend Louis Russell.
In documents filed by Olivera on March 12 and obtained by Page Six on Tuesday, Olivera accused Mustafa of breaking into her Los Angeles home and threatening her and Russell’s 1-year-old son, Luca Kai.
According to court documents, Olivera claimed that Mustafa flew into Los Angeles from North Carolina on February 20 and “threatened to jump off a building and swore that he was going to commit suicide for his daughter’s life.”
Mustafa, 25, has a five-year-old daughter, Arlie, with ex-girlfriend Noah Charline.
Mr Olivera, 38, claimed that Mr Mustafa spent 12 hours making “terrifying and extremely mentally unstable threats” against his, Earley and Luca-Kai’s lives.
Then, around 1:30 a.m. on February 21, the reality star allegedly took an Uber to Olivera and her son’s home and entered the building “threatening to knock down the door.”
Olivera, Russell and their son were all home at the time.
Police arrived at the scene after receiving a report, but it is unclear whether Mustafa was arrested.
Olivera also claimed in the document that Mustafa harassed her on social media.
She added that she is “mentally and emotionally afraid” for her and her son’s safety because of Mustafa.
A judge signed a temporary restraining order that prohibits Mustafa from coming within 100 yards of Olivera, her son, or their Los Angeles home, effective until a court hearing currently scheduled for April 3, 2026.
After the accusations were made, Olivera told TMZ that Mustafa confronted Russell and demanded that he swear on his son’s life that he would never leave her.
Olivera also said she would take legal action to protect her son, adding that she “doesn’t want drama, reactions, or even an apology,” but just privacy and safety for her family.
“I pray for her mental health,” Olivera added of Mustafa.
Page Six has reached out to Mustafa, Olivera, Russell and the Los Angeles Police Department for comment.
Mustafa was a contestant on “Love Island USA” Season 7, which aired in the summer of 2025.
She was paired with Jeremiah Brown and later with Chris Seeley. The latter relationship ended during their final date during the finale.
After the show ended, she began dating Russell, who appeared on Season 5 of Too Hot to Handle in 2023.
The couple made their red carpet debut at the Weapons premiere on July 31, 2025.
