Taylor Swift has an impressive catalog of music and real estate.
The billionaire pop star, who grew up in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, is the owner of several impressive homes across the country.
Take a closer look at Swift’s real estate portfolio and what each property is worth.
New York, New York | Tribeca
The “Cardigan” singer bought two adjacent penthouses at 155 Franklin Street in Tribeca for $19.95 million in 2014.
She bought an expensive pad from Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson.
Swift combined apartments into one home to create a luxurious double that includes 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and billiard rooms. She is well known for lending an investment article to Sophie Turner after the actress and Joe Jonas filed for divorce.
Four years after the purchase, Swift once again expanded the home when he purchased the building’s two-story unit for nearly $10 million from financial operator Jeremy Phillips in out-of-market transactions. The new additions range in size 3,540 square feet.
Swift began taking over the entire block in 2017.
The 100-year-old three-storey home features a gym, spa, antique French oak flooring and a terrace planted with Japanese paper glass walls.
The building features seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and another apartment next door for the Grammy Award-winning security team.
Swift has made some updates to her Franklin Street compound. It submitted permission to NYC’s Ministry of Buildings for over $1 million renovations.
New York, New York | West Village
Swift asked for evacuation to a townhouse rental in West Village when the Tribeca home was renovated.
She reportedly paid $38,000 a month in 2016 and 2017, and was built in the 1970s and used to store horse carriages.
The 5,500-square-foot pad features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, two powder rooms, an eat-in kitchen, multiple terraces, rooftop lounges, indoor lap pools and garages.
The brick building inspired her song “Cornelia Street” on her 2019 album “Lover,” saying, “We were in the back seat for something stronger than the bar drinks / I was intoxicated / “I rent a Cornelia Street place” / I casually say in the car. ”
After Swift moved, the property was sold for sale at a asking price of $17.9 million or monthly rental fee of $45,000.
Westley, Rhode Island | Look at the hills
Swift won a luxurious waterfront apartment in Westerly, Rhode Island’s Ritsy watch district in 2013.
The 11,000-square-foot estate, known as a high-watch or holiday home, features eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and eight fireplaces.
With a patio and a huge pool overlooking the ocean, the 5.23-acre property boasts a 700-foot private beachfront.
In January 2025, Swift reported that it had obtained building permits for an expansion project, estimated to be worth $1.7 million.
Swift’s plans include a 16 x 24-foot bedroom, a new bathroom, and an update to an existing kitchen.
Sources even told Page 6 that Swift and Kelce were watching the wedding expecting Rhode Island in the background.
The house was the backdrop of her star-studded pool party, studded with the famous July 4th pool party called “Teimerica,” and the inspiration behind the 2020 song “The Last Great American Dynasty.”
The song is about Rebekah Harkness, an American socialite who once lived there.
“Her name was Rebekah Harkness, and she lived in a house I was going to buy in Rhode Island, and that’s how I learned about her,” Swift said in a 2020 interview with Rolling Stone.
Nashville, Tennessee | Music queue
One of Swift’s first real estate efforts was at the 20-year-old, who took a $1.9 million penthouse in a music trajectory in Nashville in 2009.
Located in the luxurious Adelicia complex, the 3,240-square-foot corner duplex condo features three bedrooms, high ceilings and an open concept.
The luxurious building has luxurious amenities, including a heated Olympic length pool and personal trainers.
“I wanted it like every colour,” she told Vulture in 2013, reflecting on the apartment design concept inspired by Aparis’s Aparis.
Nashville, Tennessee | Northumberland Estate
Deeply inspired by the Nashville music scene throughout his career, the “Two Week” artist bought the Greek Revival Estate, the capital of Tennessee, for $2.5 million in 2011.
The facility, known as the Northumberland Estate, was built in 1934 and includes a 5,600-square-foot main house with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
In 1964, a 2,000-square-foot guesthouse was built next to the house.
Built by the former US ambassador of Dudley Jr., Denmark, the mansion is located on six acres of land.
The source told Page 6 in December 2024 that Swift would become more home base for Nashville to get closer to boyfriend Travis Kells’ Kansas City Chiefs game.
Los Angeles, California | Beverly Hills
Swift owned three impressive homes in Los Angeles, California, but over the years, that number has dipped to one luxury property.
In 2018, Swift sold Beverly Hills’ Cape Cod-style cottages for $4 million and a small, one-storey home that would be used as a guesthouse for $2.65 million.
But she is still the proud owner of the 1934 Georgia Revival Estate, which she bought in 2015 for $25 million.
The 10,982-square-foot mansion, previously belonging to Hollywood film producer Samuel Goldwyn, has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
In 2017, Beverly Hills City Council approved Swift’s request to make the home a historic city landmark.
“It’s a true community gem and I think it’s really exciting.
