Alix Earle tearfully opened up about how lonely she felt after her recent breakup with NFL star Braxton Berrios.
In a TikTok video posted Tuesday night, the social media personality explained that she has stopped posting her “feelings and emotions” online because she doesn’t want to “feel sad in the dumps.”
Earle, 25, questioned whether viewers would be able to empathize with her heartbreak and loneliness.
“The strangest thing about the breakup is being alone is just being alone,” she said.
Earl noted that although she had a support system of friends and family, she found it “very strange not having a steady male partner or someone to talk to and distract her from.”
“I’ve always had boyfriends,” she added, before describing herself as a “boyfriend hopper.”
The “Get Real With Me” host then told fans that he will be shifting his focus to himself in the new year.
“This year I’m going to focus on being okay with being alone,” she said, admitting the process hasn’t been easy.
“I don’t see why I can’t,” she confessed.
The “Dancing with the Stars” alum described this period of her life as a time of “growth,” telling fans that she felt “sad” and that life was “very lonely.”
Despite his feelings of depression, Earl recanted, saying he was “not lonely” because he had loved ones.
“I’m going to start talking to you guys like you guys are my boyfriends,” she joked to her 8.3 million TikTok followers.
“If you’re feeling weird too, you’re not alone,” she added, playfully ending the video.
Celebrity friends were quick to support Earl in the comments section.
“Both queens can’t sleep. It takes time. Coming from another boyfriend’s girl and forcing myself to be alone for the past year and a half was the best decision I ever made. You have this ❤️❤️❤️,” Barstool podcaster Brianna LaPaglia commented.
Paris Hilton chimed in, writing, “🥺I know how you feel, I’ve been through it many times😔I know it hurts💔 but it will get better. Stay strong and keep shining✨I love you🫶.”
Makeup artist Patrick Ta wrote, “We love you ❤️,” and influencer Hayley Bailey added, “It’s hard being alone, but it’s also so wonderful when you find that peace ❤️ I get it!”
Earl and Berrios parted ways in early December after two years of relationship.
Earlier this month, the Hot Mess podcast host made headlines after she was spotted getting cozy with Tom Brady at a New Year’s Eve yacht party in St. Barths.
Shortly thereafter, Berrios unfollowed Earl on TikTok.
Amid personal changes, Netflix announced Wednesday that Earl will star in a reality series later this year.
“From your FYP to your TV: Alix Earle and her family and friends will star in an unscripted series coming to Netflix later this year,” the account captioned the post.
“I share so much of my life on social media that people think they know everything there is to know about me and my family, but honestly, there’s so much more,” Earl said, Variety reported.
“I’m so happy that this show has landed on Netflix. At its core, this show is about our fun, loving, and sometimes chaotic modern family, and how we always show up for each other through it all,” she continued in a statement.
