Disney’s syndicated talk strip “Live with Kelly and Mark” has been winning ratings after ratings, with this year’s “After the Oscars” episode increasing by double digits in total viewers and other demos compared to last year.

The morning after “One Battle After Another” won the Academy Award for Best Picture at the Dolby Theater, “Live with Kelly and Mark” aired from the same venue and averaged 3.096 million viewers, a 13% increase from last year (2.74 million). The show also rose in women 25-54 (0.58 rating, up 18% from 0.49) and other demos.

This made the show the most-watched “live” of the season, the most-watched show since January 6, 2025, and the highest household rating (2.06 rating) since March 11, 2024.

Kelly & Mark Live aired its “After the Oscars” show on Monday, March 16, featuring hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos with guest musicians Wyclef Jean and Andra Day, as well as red carpet reporting from comedian and impressionist Matt Friend, a recap of the biggest Oscar moments from comedian LeAnn Morgan, fashion critiques from Carson Kressley, and a post-ceremony interview from host Conan. O’Brien.

“Live” was up 6% week over week in total viewers (2.711 million vs. 2.56 million) and 6% in women 25-54 (0.51 vs. 0.48 rating) this week. Disney said the show has seen an increase in viewership among women ages 25 to 54 over the past four weeks. Additionally, compared to last year, total viewers for the week were up 11% (2.711 million vs. 2.44 million) and 6% among women 25-54 (0.51 vs. 0.48 rating).

“Live” extends the syndicated talk show’s winning streak across all key metrics to 164 consecutive weeks, with previous seasons leading in total viewers (2.434 million), Women 18-49 (0.29 rating) and Women 25-54 (0.44 rating).

(These Nielsen ratings are based on National Live+Same Day Big Data Plus panel show ratings for the week of March 16 and the week before, March 9. The 2025-2026 television season runs from September 1, 2025 to the latest data on March 22, 2026.)

Disney Entertainment distributes “Live,” produced by WABC-TV and executive produced by Michael Gelman and Kelly Ripa.
