Lisa Rinna’s model daughter, Amelia Gray Hamlin, pulled back the curtain on the cosmetic surgeries she’s had and not had in a candid new interview.
“I’ve always had lips like this,” Hamlin, 24, told Variety in an interview published Saturday, denying she ever had fillers.
“I’m doing this thing right now called SkinVive. It’s not a filler, it’s a moisturizer injection.”
According to the outlet, the “The Beauty” actress has been “open” about having had rhinoplasty surgery. The Victoria’s Secret model has also previously spoken about having her breasts reduced to prevent a dangerous infection called nipple ring sepsis.
“I was 16 years old and had mastitis. Whatever it was, it was the worst thing that could have happened,” she said on the podcast “Skinny Confidential: Him and Her” in 2020.
She later underwent breast implants, which she admitted she regrets.
“When I was younger, I dated someone older than me and I allowed his perception of beauty to influence my choices. And I decided to get breast implants again because I wasn’t necessarily happy with the scars that were left behind from the breast implants,” she told Variety.
“I woke up in a state I didn’t consent to, that’s all I can say.”
She eventually suffered complications. “That also became an emergency surgery because my breasts literally couldn’t handle what was being put inside me,” she told the trade publication.
“The implant was putting pressure on my nerves, so I couldn’t even pump soap,” she added. “I ended up having to undergo 14 hours of reconstructive surgery.”
Gray has been open about her body image issues in the past, revealing in 2020 that an eating disorder pushed her to the brink.
“I woke up one morning at my best friend’s house, and my parents and sister were all outside, like they were waiting to pick me up,” she recalled of her famous family intervention during an episode of her podcast “Skinny Confidential” at the time.
“They’re like, ‘Get in the car. We’re going to UCLA (for treatment).’
The staff there told her the situation was dire. “He looked at me and said, ‘At this rate, in about four months you’re going to weigh 45 pounds and die.’
Hearing the news made her determined to “get out of the situation” and recover.
“I’m not meant to be this person,” she explained. “No matter what problems I have, I’m not going to ruin my life.”
“You don’t have to be thin to live your best life. Either die thin or be happy and be who you are.”
Since then, Hamlin has been unusually happy with his perfect figure. She was seen rocking low-rise see-through pants in Los Angeles and Thursday, and in October she modeled a sheer crystal-encrusted dress at a Swarovski event.
