Lenny Hochstein has denied accusations that he drugged and raped a woman in Miami in a lawsuit filed by his alleged victim.
“I have never drugged or raped anyone. This is a girl I met over a year ago,” the “Real Housewives of Miami” star said in a statement to Page Six.
“If you believe she was raped, I think you would go to the police instead of asking for money more than a year after the fact,” he added.
Jane Doe is suing Renee for sexual assault and emotional distress, accusing her of luring Renee to her mansion in May 2025, drugging her and sexually assaulting her, TMZ first reported on Monday.
The complaint, filed June 5, says the woman, identified only as a British model in court documents, met Renee, 59, at the Sopra Club, an upscale private members’ lounge in Miami Beach, around May 1 of last year.
She claims that the celebrity plastic surgeon, through a young man who was used as a decoy, invited her to an afterparty at Star Island, an ultra-exclusive and private gated community, but there was no afterparty.
She claims that after she was alone with Lennie at his mansion, Lennie made repeated sexual advances, all of which she kept quiet about, and that he gave her what she called “a very common sleeping pill.” The woman said she “blacked out” and had “no recollection of the event” from then until the next morning.
According to the complaint, the woman claimed that Renee tried to have sex with her the next morning and that she also refused, telling her that they had sex the night before, but that she refused the man’s advances multiple times before passing out.
Jane Doe claims Renee told her he gave her melatonin, which was later determined to be Ambien. According to the Mayo Clinic, it’s a prescription drug used to treat insomnia and sleep disorders that “may cause you to do something while you’re still asleep and not remember it the next morning.”
The woman is not currently seeking punitive damages (though that may be revised in the future) and is requesting a jury trial.
Renee was previously married to fellow “Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein. After two years of intense legal battles, the two finalized their divorce in November 2024.
When Renee filed for divorce from her wife in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage, it sparked an expensive and lengthy court battle that cost Lisa, 43, “tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees.”
They have two children, son Logan (12 years old) and daughter Elle (6 years old).
In April, Lisa and ex-boyfriend Jodie Glidden faced shocking criminal charges. The former couple was charged with one count each of interception of wire, oral and electronic communications, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
The documents allege that between March 12 and March 31, 2023, Lisa and Glidden “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted, attempted to intercept, or caused someone to intercept “the oral statements of Leonard Hochstein and those with whom Leonard Hochstein spoke.”
However, the charges have now been dropped. Their lawyers, Jayne Weintraub and Howard Srebnick, said last month that “all charges” against them “will be dropped in mid-June without any admission of guilt or guilt” after the pair “reached an agreement with prosecutors.”
