Lamar Odom was reportedly arrested and charged with drunk driving in Las Vegas.
The former NBA star, 46, was taken into police custody early Saturday morning, according to TMZ.
In addition to the DUI charge, he also faces two traffic violations related to this incident: driving over the limit at 41 mph or more and failing to improperly change lanes/maintain lanes.
Odom remains in custody, the newspaper said.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
This is not Odom’s first run-in with the law, as he has publicly battled drug addiction in the past.
He was arrested for drunk driving in Los Angeles in 2013.
In October 2015, Odom was found unconscious at the Love Ranch brothel in Nevada and survived a near-fatal drug overdose.
The incident left the reality star in a coma, leaving his then-wife Khloé Kardashian to care for him.
Odom has since maintained that he did not voluntarily participate in the drug use that night and blamed either brothel owner Dennis Hoff or someone working for Hoff for his hospitalization.
After recovering from a health scare, Odom admitted in a 2021 “Addiction Talk” Facebook Live interview that he was “really hurt” and “embarrassed” when he realized he had taken drugs that night.
Odom has been vocal in recent years about his addiction and his road to recovery. In 2021, the former athlete revealed he was taking ketamine to help him get sober.
“I was going to rehab and doing other things, and ketamine came into my life at the right time,” Odom said on “Good Morning America” at the time.
“It feels great,” he continued. “I’m alive, I’m calm, I’m happy.”
