Lady Gaga has done it again.
Always changing her look, this Grammy Award-winning singer is a pro when it comes to dressing for a role, morphing her on-stage persona with each new era of music.
The singer shared several photos of her arrival at the Grammy Museum ahead of tonight’s Christmas Eve performance of “Lady Gaga in Harlequin Live: One Night Only.”
The soft, romantic look evokes a dreamy, ghostly atmosphere, featuring Vettes’ corseted gown with slightly puffed sleeves, an asymmetrical bustling skirt, and an open-back silhouette that reveals some of her tattoos.
She styled the dress with black knee-high boots that were visible on the left side and a short hemline that fell down the right side.
Gaga wore little makeup except for a bright peach lipstick.
Her bleached blonde hair was parted to the side and fell in loose waves from her shoulders, matching the color of her dress. To emphasize her eyes, she decided to bleach her eyebrows to the same almost white shade.
Gaga is known for regularly experimenting with her hair, and just a month ago she was spotted wearing jet black hair in Paris, so this stark contrast is definitely a new development in her look.
The 39-year-old performer is on the December 2025 cover of Rolling Stone magazine and revealed to the magazine that she shot 2018’s A Star Is Born while on lithium.
She added that she suffered after production ended, saying, “There was a day when I went to the hospital for psychiatric treatment. I needed to rest. I couldn’t do anything…I had a complete crash. It was really scary.”
After the film was announced, Gaga took to Instagram to share several photos from the shoot and wrote a lengthy commentary about her experience and the birth of her latest album, Mayhem.
“MAYHEM is my personal chaos. Born from intuition, sometimes lucid, sometimes completely broken, but always born out of a desire to bold my own voice as a musician,” she wrote.
“I’ve said many times that MAYHEM is a gothic dream collection, but in a way, Lady Gaga was my first dream collection. She always represented my human reality,” Gaga continued.
In an interview with Stephen Colbert, the singer was asked, “What do you think about yourself? How would you feel if someone woke you up in the middle of the night, slapped you in the face, and said, ‘What’s your name?'”
“Stephanie,” the singer says without missing a beat.
When asked if there is a difference between Stefani and Lady Gaga, she replied, “Well… yes. Yes, in a way, yes… I think… Stefani is… like me, the artist, the creator. And Lady Gaga is my work.”
