La Toya Jackson shared a cryptic video from a doctor’s office, sparking concern.
The 69-year-old songwriter filmed herself over the weekend, telling her Instagram followers: “Hey guys, I hope you’re all doing well. I’m at the hospital again so I hope everything goes well. I hope everything turns out well.”
However, she ended the video on a positive note, smiling broadly and wishing her fans a great day.
Jackson, who was wearing a bright orange hat, matching scarf and black sunglasses, did not say why she sought medical help.
In the caption, the “Starting Again” singer said she was feeling strong again, without disclosing whether she had any serious health issues.
“I hope you all have a fun and wonderful weekend!!!,” she wrote. “Sending love and light to you all! ❤️💫. Stay safe and of course most of all stay healthy! 💖”
Her family, including her nephew Taryll Jackson (her late brother Tito Jackson’s son), sent her well wishes in the comments section.
“I love you! 💙🙏🏽,” he wrote.
His niece Brandi Jackson (daughter of older brother Jackie Jackson) also commented, “I love you 🙏🏽❤️.”
However, while many fans openly asked her if she was OK, others said they were “sending them their prayers” and “hoping for (her) safety.”
Last week, La Toya thanked her brother Jackie Jackson and his wife Emily for sending them flowers, but did not elaborate on why.
“You look absolutely gorgeous,” she exclaimed in an Instagram video. “I had a great day.”
Last December, La Toya looked slimmer than ever in a video from her vacation to Qatar, which worried her fans.
“So sad. She’s so unhealthy,” one fan commented at the time.
“Wow 😳 Not in a good direction,” another alarmed fan commented.
