Kylie Kelsey has a bad reputation on the internet.
The podcaster, who is married to retired NFL player Jason Kelce, came under fire from fans online after she moaned about people asking her for details about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s upcoming wedding.
“‘New Heights’ was an average podcast. Amateur-ish in a way. It didn’t become popular until Travis started dating Taylor. Kylie used it to capitalize on her own podcast because the only reason anyone listens to Kylie is Taylor Swift. The egos here are incredible,” one social media user wrote to X, referring to Jason and Travis’ podcast.
Another critic wrote, “No one would listen to her if Travis hadn’t married Taylor, and no one ever begged for Kylie content.”
“So the only reason she’s behind the microphone is because of that relationship,” chimed in a third person.
To cap off the backlash, another follower posted a GIF making fun of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s “Worldwide Privacy Tour” in an episode of South Park, writing, “Kylie Kelce has never been a part of Taylor Swi… “I’m telling people to stop asking questions about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey’s wedding on a podcast I started for the sole purpose of monetizing my relationship and affinity with Scott and Travis Kelsey.”
However, some fans understand where Kylie is coming from.
“Shout out for the people in the back. Queen Kylie…get out!” one fan yelled, while another said: “100%. Leave mama Kelce alone.”
Despite online pressure, Kylie has remained tight-lipped about her brother-in-law’s June wedding.
But she’s tired of people trying to squeeze information out of her.
On Thursday’s episode of the “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, the athlete looked into the camera and told the audience, “Stop asking me, me, and my mother-in-law about the upcoming wedding. No one will tell you anything.”
“There are no details,” Kylie continued. “There are no details. There are no details. There are no details. There are no details. Look, there are all these details. There is nothing. There is nothing.”
Kylie also called on fans to stop questioning her mother-in-law, Donna Kelsey, in public.
“TMZ, stop asking your mother-in-law, you creepy guy at the airport,” she yelled. “Eh, here’s the problem. Even if I had any information, I’m not going to share it with you. It’s private information between family members. A and B, please run away quickly.”
From now on, Kylie said the “new answer” will be “suck my ax.”
“I put on a headband with an LED light on it that says, ‘Suck me,'” she teased, “and it just has a little button that turns it on as soon as someone asks about it.”
Despite avoiding answering questions about Travis and Swift after their August 2025 engagement, Kylie gave a nod to the couple on a September episode of her podcast.
“I’m incredibly happy for them,” she exclaimed at the time. “We are very excited for them to take this next step.”
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end proposed to the pop star in his garden in Leawood, Kansas, after two years of dating.
A source told Page Six that the couple plans to wed this summer in Rhode Island.
Travis and Swift are planning to wed on June 13th at the luxurious Ocean House in Watch Hill.
The singer-songwriter was born on December 13th, and her half birthday will be on June 13th.
Swift was so insistent on getting married on this particular date that she allegedly cut a large check to another bride who had already booked a wedding at the venue.
