Kylie Jenner didn’t walk the red carpet with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet at the Golden Globes, but that didn’t stop her from debuting the look. The entrepreneur showed off her body-hugging custom Ashi Studio dress with gold sequins on Instagram, while Chalamet posed solo for photographers.
Jenner and Chalamet have never posed together on the red carpet of an American awards show, and have kept their relationship out of the spotlight. However, Jenner joined Chalamet inside the Golden Globes.
Chalamet was nominated for Best Male Actor in a Motion Picture (Musical or Comedy) at tonight’s ceremony. Actor Marty Supreme won this category at last week’s Critics Choice Awards and gave Jenner a shout-out in his acceptance speech, saying:
“And finally, I would like to express my gratitude to my partner of three years,” he said. “Thank you to our foundation. We love you. We couldn’t do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”
Jenner was overcome with emotion and said, “I love you,” as she paid her respects.
The couple arrived late to the Critics Choice Awards ceremony and walked hand in hand to their seats during the ceremony.
In ELLE’s November 2024 cover story, Jenner explained why she doesn’t talk about her relationship with Chalamet in interviews. “I think it’s important to keep things to yourself,” she said. “I myself find it difficult to make decisions sometimes. So all the opinions of the world… it can be difficult.”
She was more candid about her fashion evolution, saying, “I think I’m actually going in the opposite direction (from minimalism). I’ve definitely had some moments of quiet luxury, as they say, but I’m always experimenting. I think at the core of my authentic style, I’m more of a dark feminine.”
