Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner had a rare public day on March 2 when they were photographed backstage at LeBron James and Steve Nash’s “Mind the Game” podcast. This appearance came the day after Chalamet attended the Best Actor Awards ceremony with his mother. On March 12, the Clueless costume designer shared a photo with the couple and revealed details of their special night.
Timothée Chalamet brought his mother, Nicole Frender, to the Actor’s Awards on March 1st, but just one day later, he and girlfriend Kylie Jenner had a special outing, and new details about it were revealed on March 12th.
The two were originally photographed speaking with William H. Macy backstage on LeBron James and Steve Nash’s Mind the Game podcast on March 2nd.
Yesterday, Clueless costume designer Mona May shared new photos from the outing, revealing that it wasn’t just a podcast recording that they attended. It was a special screening of Chalamet’s movie Marty Supreme, and Jenner was also there to support her partner.
May also confirmed that Chalamet’s yellow plaid top was an homage to Cher from Clueless.

Photos of Jenner and Chalamet attending the event were originally published on March 3, with Chalamet being a statement dresser in a plaid button-up shirt, while Jenner wore a neutral-colored dress paired with a white crop top, gray trench, and black pants.
This podcast was released on March 5th. Although Chalamet didn’t mention Jenner during the Q&A, he spoke candidly about how he approaches interviews and public appearances.
Noting that he is one of the leading actors in the industry, he said, “When you get to a certain level, you want to stay at the top, and also, this is like moments are thin. I know moments are thin.”
“You can have a long career as an actor, but this is like something special to me,” he continued. “That’s why I’m here tonight, absolutely, like, I don’t want this to be just a low-key podcast. I want to leave a mark. It’s the same thing that I did with Matthew McConaughey in Texas (CNN Town Hall). I want to leave a mark. Even when I go to awards shows like last year’s SAG Awards, it’s kind of haphazard. I wanted to say something, boom, this is what it’s going to be like.” ”
Chalamet is a huge basketball fan and is very passionate about the New York Knicks, which makes this interview very special. Jenner has regularly attended matches with him.

Jenner and Chalamet were also photographed kissing during a photo shoot in Beverly Hills during the week of the acting awards ceremony. They have attended many awards season events together, including the Critics’ Choice Awards.
During the award ceremony, Chalamet gave a shout-out to his partner in his acceptance speech for Best Actor. He addressed her and the crowd: “And finally, I want to thank my partner of three years. Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn’t have done this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
