When Kroy Biermann learned that his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, had moved on to a relationship, his first reaction was to warn her about her spending habits.
According to Us Weekly, Biermann reached out to her new boyfriend’s estranged wife, Jillian Greene, after learning that Zolciak was dating a man named Kyle Mowitz.
Ms. Green claimed in a June deposition after Ms. Mowitz filed for divorce in March that Ms. Biermann contacted her to discuss “Kyle and Kim’s involvement and concerns” in their relationship.
Ms. Green claimed she only spoke to Ms. Biermann once, and that they met at her cousin’s house to keep the situation private.
She claimed that Mr. Biermann told her that Mr. Zolciak, 47, would “economically siphon money from Mr. Kyle, who is a very successful entrepreneur.”
Green also claimed that Biermann told her that the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum was “a narcissist and a gambler” and “wasn’t there for her kids.”
Green said the retired NFL star continued to present evidence that Zolciak used Mowitz’s credit card for grocery and Instacart deliveries.
Green was also asked what he knew about Zolciak before getting involved with Mowitz.
“I’ve been watching her on TV for years and I’ve seen in many articles online that her life is full of drama and that she had a very bad divorce,” Green replied.
“I heard from other people locally who attended the same school that her children attended recently that she had a dramatic personality and did not attend many children’s activities.”
Mowitz’s attorney then asked, “So you don’t believe she will be a positive presence in your children’s lives? Is that fair to say?” To which Mr. Green replied, “That’s correct.”
He also said he did not know whether Zolciak met Mowitz’s two minor children.
But Ms. Green denied the idea that Zolciak played any role in the breakdown of her marriage.
It is unclear how Zolciak and Mowitz met, but they have reportedly been dating since the spring.
In late September, Green sent a subpoena to the former Bravolebrity asking her to produce any documents related to her financial relationship with Mowitz, including any travel.
Mr. Green also requested all communications between the two parties, including any that may involve Mr. Biermann.
Mr. Zolciak opposed Mr. Greene’s request to appear for a deposition, calling it “unreasonable, oppressive, and intended to embarrass and embarrass her.”
In a statement to Us Weekly, Mowitz’s attorney added, “(Ms. Green’s) decision to involve (Zolciak) in the divorce proceedings is highly unnecessary as our client’s relationship with her only began after the parties separated.”
In court documents related to the divorce, Green cited Mowitz’s “tremendous wealth” and claimed that he established and managed a family trust in which more than $100 million was invested. However, she claimed his income was a “mystery”.
Meanwhile, Mowitz argued in her filing that Greene does not need spousal support because she is a “able-bodied adult who is capable of obtaining gainful employment.”
The former couple, who married in June 2017, had accused each other of having an affair.
After a brief fling with Chet Hanks, Mowitz is Zolciak’s first serious relationship since her controversial split from Biermann, who filed for divorce in 2023 after nearly 11 years of marriage.
They have four minor children. He also adopted his two eldest daughters.
