“KPOP Demon Hunters” broke yet another audience record.
After becoming Netflix’s most popular movie in late August, musical fantasy has been the longest title ever on the English film charts in 15 consecutive weeks in Netflix’s Top 10 in the viewing window from September 22-28. Previously, the record was held by “Red Notice.” This creates a total of 14x charts. The new achievements are even more impressive as “KPOP Demon Hunters” achieved for 15 consecutive weeks, but “Red Notice” originally charted twice in a row. Furthermore, “KPOP Demon Hunters” is No. 8 out of 8 out of 15 weeks. I’ve spent 7 weeks at 2. This has not yet fallen below three weeks, so it is estimated that this will last for the next few weeks, especially considering the film is responsible for 19.3 million viewings in 15 weeks and 10.3 million viewing.
“Wayward” is the top title on the English TV charts, making its debut with 8.2 million views over the first four days of streaming. The second week of streaming was followed by “Black Rabbit” with 7 million views, and the debut of “House of Guinness” with 5.2 million views over four days.
Season 2 of “Wednesday” with 4.4 million views and 4.4 million views, marking its eighth week on the overall chart and the fourth week since Part 2 was released. This brought a total of 107 million views for the season, bringing it to No. 7 on Netflix’s all-time list. The season premiered on August 6th, but Netflix reset its watch on September 3rd with the release of Part 2. This means that the season should still remain close to “Wednesday” season 1 until early December.
