Northwest hasn’t kept up with social media trolls.
Kim Kardashian shared her 12-year-old daughter’s unfazed reaction to the backlash over her fake tattoos and piercings in a recent TikTok video.
The Skims co-creator revealed Wednesday in a complicated “GOAT Talk” video that he took her phone away from her “All’s Fair” co-star Niecy Nash-Betts last month as naysayers raged over her comments.
Kardashian, 45, recalled, “When she responded to the comment, she said, ‘This is no big deal,'” which she branded as a “good clapback.”
The reaction was pinned on Kardashian in October, and the reality star mentioned it during a recent sit-down.
“On the internet, it was like, ‘Kim will defend the North until the end in this outfit,'” she pointed out.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum didn’t give up on her thoughts on the bold accessory, but she did provide some context.
“She and her girlfriends love wearing costumes and doing fashion,” she explained. “It was Halloween season, so they were getting fake tattoos on their faces, fake earrings, they were all dyeing their hair.
“They looked like the Powerpuff Girls on Opium,” the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star continued. “(That’s) what they were aiming for.”
However, Kardashian defended North’s controversial fashion and beauty choices in an Oct. 15 interview on her podcast, “Call Her Daddy.”
At the time, she told listeners that it was “really tough and really interesting” for North to make headlines for her outfits, like when she wore a corset and miniskirt in August.
“All the kids are wearing the same thing,” Kardashian said. “But then my daughter tried to wear it and I was like, ‘Okay, I’m not going to wear it anymore.’ Unfortunately, we made that mistake in front of the whole world.”
“It’s like being a mom and learning at the same time. But what I do know is that my baby is a very good baby and a very sweet baby.”
Kardashian went on to ask for a “little reprieve” as they are raising their children, North and Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6, “on their own.”
It’s worth noting that the Hulu personality welcomed her young children while she was married to ex-husband Kanye West.
She revealed on her podcast that the 48-year-old rapper hasn’t called his four children “in recent months.”
