The couple were spotted arriving at the stylish Estelle Manor hotel in the Cotswolds on Saturday for a romantic weekend getaway, according to photos obtained by Page Six.
The 45-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star kept a low profile as she stepped out of her car wearing a floor-length brown trench coat and sunglasses at an exclusive British country club.
The Skims creator carried her Hermès Birkin as she unloaded her pink Goyard suitcase and green Rimowa from her car.
Hamilton, 41, appeared separately, looking equally casual in a gray hooded sweatsuit and boots.
Over the weekend, news broke that the two were secretly dating.
“They had booked a couple’s massage and had full use of the facilities just for the two of them,” a source told The Sun on Sunday.
“In the evening, we had dinner in a private room so that there were no other guests,” the source added.
The two checked out of the hotel by 10 a.m. Sunday, the paper said.
Representatives for Kardashian and Hamilton have not yet responded to Page Six’s requests for comment.
The reality star and the F1 driver have known each other since at least 2014, when they were dating Kanye West and Nicole Scherzinger, respectively.
Hamilton was rumored to be dating Kardashian’s sister Kendall Jenner in 2015, but the athlete denied the rumors at the time.
“Me and Kendall have been friends for a while,” he claimed to E! news. “We’re just friends.”
It’s unclear when Hamilton and Kardashian’s friendship turned romantic, but the pair recently attended Kate Hudson’s New Year’s Eve party in Aspen, Colorado.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum appeared on Khloe Kardashian’s podcast last month and talked about what she looks for in a future partner.
Kim, who split from West in 2021, told “Chloe in Wonderland” listeners in January that he is “a person with good morals and values, a gentle person, and trustworthy.”
She noted that number one on her wish list is someone who is “responsible.”
Notably, Kim dated Pete Davidson and had a relationship with Odell Beckham Jr. after their divorce, while Hamilton has been rumored to be with Shakira, Sofia Vergara, and other A-listers over the years.
