Kendall Jenner is calling on TikTok’s armchair surgeons to resign.
The 30-year-old supermodel denied speculation that she had undergone plastic surgery on the January 9 episode of In Your Dreams With Owen Seale, insisting that her famous features remain largely the same.
“There are people all over the world on the internet who think I’ve had full facial reconstruction or something like that,” she said on the podcast. “I’m not here to convince anyone. I’m just here to tell you the truth, which is that I’ve never had plastic surgery. I haven’t had anything done to my face.”
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star underwent two cosmetic treatments: “baby Botox” (twice) on her forehead and platelet-rich plasma (PRP), a procedure that uses the patient’s own blood to rejuvenate the skin.
But she stressed that the reinforcement ends there.
As for Botox, she says, “I didn’t like it, and I don’t like it,” adding that she’s considering getting it back, but prefers the natural look. “My eyebrows are very straight and low toward my eyes, so I really enjoy the movement of my eyebrows.”
But what really inspired Jenner was the cottage industry of medical professionals speculating about celebrity surgeries on social media.
“I think it’s really hurting what doctors are doing online,” she says. “You can see videos of me and other qualified professional doctors on Instagram and TikTok. They explain in detail every surgery I have had and every job I have done.”
The model added that she has seen similar videos made about friends who “have never done anything like that.”
“It can affect young people in a really interesting way because they look at it and think, ‘Oh my god, do I have to do this to look like that?'” Jenner continued. “And then they start doing something stupid, probably at a young age, in a hurry…I think that’s really scary.”
What about the persistent suspicion of rhinoplasty? Even Jenner admits the photo is awful.
“Let me tell you, if it wasn’t me, I would believe the suspicion that I had a nose job,” she confessed. “When I look at old pictures of myself, I’m like, ‘Wait a minute, it looks like I’ve had a nose job.'”
But the founder of 818 Tequila has a different explanation: an acne treatment.
“I took Accutane for my acne, and there’s this theory on TikTok that taking Accutane makes your nose smaller. I swear to God, guys, it’s true,” Jenner said. “I swear! Has anyone seen this theory? Look up Accutane on TikTok.”
A regular on the runway, he famously battled acne publicly as a teenager, walking red carpets while dealing with visible acne, and serving as the face of Proactive.
“This is evidence that what I mean is that your nose grows as you get older,” she explained. “When I was younger, my nose looked wider and I feel like my face also looked bigger.”
Then she ended the matter once and for all.
“I swear to God about everything I love: I’ve never had a nose job,” Jenner declared. “I love my nose, so it’s okay.”
Jenner previously denied speculation about the surgery. In 2017, she addressed rumors that she had had lip surgery after temporarily deactivating her Instagram account, with fans theorizing that her social media hiatus was meant to cover up her recovery time.
She was also the subject of speculation that she sported a pout in 2022, when a photo was posted at her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s wedding showing her lips noticeably fuller.
Her candid conversation comes as the Kardashian-Jenner clan becomes increasingly transparent about their cosmetics business. Her mother, Kris Jenner, 70, confirmed in May that she underwent a second facelift with New York plastic surgeon Dr. Stephen Levine.
“[My nose]is probably the only real thing on my face,” Kris joked on a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
In June, the 28-year-old Kylie sister revealed the exact specifications of her breast implants in a TikTok comment, writing, “445cc, good contour, muscular bottom half!!!!!! Silicone!!!!! Garth Fisher!!! I hope this helps lol,” to the cheers of her fans.
Kim Kardashian, 45, admitted to having Botox on her neck in 2023 after years of denying extensive work, while Khloe, 41, admitted to having one nose job, along with Botox, fillers, laser treatments and collagen threads.
At a time when nearly every family is documenting their beauty regimen, Kendall’s insistence on minimal intervention stands out, whether skeptics support it or not.
