Kelly Wolf is not permitted to contact Scott Wolf or children: New Document (Exclusive)

Kelly Wolf deals with the fallout of her actions.

After breaking a temporary agreement with her estranged husband, Scott Wolf, the judge issued a new protective order for the real world: New Orleans alumni on August 28th.

According to a new protection order reviewed by people, Kelly is not permitted to have direct or indirect contact with Scott or their three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.

The document further states that it cannot “invade, commit, attempt to intimidate” against Scott or a child, such as “stalking, harassing, threatening, physically hurting, or causing other forms of abuse that can cause physical damage.”

The “only” time Kelly can contact Scott is during a scheduled mediation session with a “court-qualified mediator” regarding divorce or custody. Otherwise, she must remain at least 300 feet away from her.

Kelly, who is prohibited from using drugs or alcohol until her next hearing on September 10th, will only be allowed to visit her family home with police officers to pick up her belongings. She is not permitted there according to the protection order.

In the meantime, Scott has held only temporary custody of his children.

The new order comes from Kelly’s August 26 arrest on suspicion of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identification information.

That day, Kelly posted Scott’s personal phone number on her Instagram account. This allegedly stated that the responding officer claimed that the actor would “receive a barrage of calls and text messages from unknown people.”

According to a police report that people saw, “He received about 24 calls and multiple texts in the first 10 minutes from the time of his first call.” “He said the phone number is for his personal phone and he used it to communicate with his child and this is causing him a lot of confusion.”

Kelly was released two days after his arrest and charged with two Class B misdemeanors of personal identification and electronic disclosure of electronic communication harassment.

People at the time reported that in her release, the former reality star “should not consume alcohol, drugs or other controlled substances unless prescribed by a licensed practitioner.” She was also required to “participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological or psychiatric treatment.”

Prior to the latest order, the former pair implemented a temporary agreement and outlined custody arrangements, financial issues and communication guidelines.

The first contract filed on July 15th and viewed by people announced the split from the five-star party in June, Kelly said that supervised parenting time coordinated by lawyers and supervised videos or calls were allowed three times a week with the children during reasonable awakening times.

If the court-appointed Guardian raised concerns, all parties had to reevaluate whether supervision was necessary. If the children began additional contact, Kelly was also allowed to respond. The ultimate goal the agreement argued was to help Kelly regain unsupervised parenting time.

Scott maintains exclusive use of the couple’s Park City Home, so Kelly’s parenting time was allowed to occur there, but the supervisors had mutual agreement. Otherwise, she was forbidden from entering her property.

Financially, Scott continued to manage the marriage funds, covering household expenses and temporarily providing $10,000 a month for living expenses subject to court orders or further agreements. He was also ordered to pay her car, minimum credit card payments, and some attorney’s fees.

Additionally, the deal included social media gag orders. Neither party is permitted to post about each other, marriage, children, or divorce. Nor were they allowed to do so by third parties.

Kelly is allegedly opposed the agreement by posting a clip of her attempt to enter the family home on social media.

On July 29, Kelly recorded police struggles to enter Park City, Utah, in attendance. She made several attempts to get in the house during filming, but nothing was working.

In the clip since then, Kelly claimed “I’m under the impression that I’ve done everything humanly possible to retrieve some basic items from my home,” and later added, “I’m tired of being treated like crazy.”

A spokesman for the Summit County Sheriff’s Office later confirmed with people that they were present in the situation.

On August 22, the judge upheld a contract in the temporary provisions of July 15, granting Kelly a “liberal” supervised visit, while endorsing a contract that granted the children a temporary sole physical custody. In addition to the agreement, the wolf children had a safe harbor therapist.

Kelly announced his split from Scott for the first time on Instagram in June.

Scott shared a statement with people at the time, saying, “After 21 years of marriage, I made the most difficult decision of my life and filed for divorce from my wife Kelly. Our children have always been the love of our lives and our priorities.”

Three days later, an unnamed friend called 911 over concerns about Kelly’s “escalating the mental health crisis” was later taken to a local hospital by Utah County police.

Kelly later shared the photos on her Instagram story. “I was taken against my will. Check my child,” she insisted in block text throughout the post. “Again… I’m happy!! I’m happier than ever.”

On June 23, Kelly argued to his followers that, according to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, it is a critical intervention used to restrain “no mental illness” and “unwilling 5150″ holds, or an important intervention used to restrain people with significant disabilities due to mental disorders.”
