Keith Urban appeared to suggest the issue of marriage to Nicole Kidman on suspicious social media a few months ago.
While celebrating her 19th wedding anniversary on June 25th, the “Big Little Lies” actress took to social media to commemorate the milestone with sweet photos.
In the photo, the current former couple snuggled up to each other ahead of what appears to be one of the urban shows.
“Happy Anniversary Baby is @@keithurban,” captioned by 58-year-old Kidman.
However, Eagle Eyed fans noticed that “You Think Me” singer 57 did not share his post and responded with a simple heart emoji in a Kidman post.
In fact, the last time Urban shared a social media post with Kidman was on May 9th, when he won the Triple Crown Award.
On Monday, Page 6 confirmed that the couple had split after almost 20 years of marriage.
“Sometimes the relationship just runs the course,” the source told us, adding that Kidman “didn’t want separation, he was trying to save things.”
TMZ also reported that they had lived separately since the beginning of the summer, with the city moving out of the family home in Nashville and moving to his own location.
Meanwhile, the “perfect family” actress has been caring for two daughters. Sunday Rose (age 17) and Face Margaret (age 14).
“(Kidman) has been holding his family together throughout this difficult time ever since Keith was gone,” sources said of his current tour.
In shocking news, Urban and Kidman’s marriage appeared to be on the rock for a while.
In June, Urban suddenly ended his Zoom interview when asked about his feelings for Kidman filming a sultry love scene with Zac Efron in the 2024 Netflix film A Family Affair.
“What do you think when you see Keith Urban having these beautiful love scenes on TV with a beautiful young man like Zac Efron and his beautiful wife?” the interviewer asked at the time – only to meet the silence on the other side until the producer confirms that Urban has finished the call.
The couple was last seen together on June 20th, five days before their wedding anniversary. They watched the World Club Cup Group D match between Los Angeles FC on our side and Esperance Sports de Tunis on the Tunisian side at Geodispark Stadium.
After being snuggled on social media by her current X, Kidman left Urban from her summer recap on Instagram. She also did not mention him when she spoke to Forbes about her personal life on Monday.
Additionally, on September 25th, the actress from “Practical Magic” took part in the Clé de Peuueabeaute event solo.
She has also been particularly absent from the “fighter” singer’s High and Alive World Tour since it began in May.
The former couple tied the knot in 2006, almost a year after meeting in January 2005 at G’day USA Gala.
Kidman previously married Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001, but shares two children, 32 years old, Connor (30 years old).
