Keanu Reeves and his girlfriend Alexandra Grant are still going strong, as evidenced by their romantic kiss in New York City.
Grant shared details of her and Reeves’ recent date night on Instagram, giving a rare glimpse into their relationship. The artist, 52, revealed that the actor, 61, took her out on a date after a performance of the Broadway show Waiting for Godot.
Grant posted a photo of them kissing on the ice skating rink in front of the iconic Rockefeller Center Christmas tree.
She also shared a photo of the two of them hugging and smiling from ear to ear, as well as an adorable video of them laughing while trying not to slip on ice skates.
Grant thanked the people behind the scenes who made the date go smoothly.
“Going back on the ice for the first time in decades and going from hockey skates to figure skates to *#$%@* toe picks is no joke!” she wrote.
She also shared a quote from figure skater Alisa Liu: “Connection with people is the most important thing in life. It comes before everything else.”
Grant added, “So always yes to connection! Yes to joy, yes to getting out even if you’re exhausted, yes to trying something new, yes to doing things your own way, and being open to surprises!”
After years of being friends, Reeves and Grant went public with their relationship in 2019 and co-authored a book together.
In September 2025, she denied marriage rumors circulating on social media while posting a photo of them kissing during a visit to Roden Crater in Arizona, an art installation by artist James Turrell.
“I’m sharing this here to say thank you to everyone who celebrated our wedding,” she continued. “Except we never got married.”
“Good news is so needed these days, but it’s still fake news so be careful,” she continued. “So here is true happiness!”
Reeves has dealt with disturbing fan behavior over the years.
After a Broadway show in October 2025, he confronted a casual fan who called her his “divine wife.”
As seen in a posted TikTok, the woman tried to get into his SUV, and when the car pulled away from the curb, she ran to the passenger side and grabbed the rear door handle.
“Don’t let them hurt me,” she said before being forcibly pulled away and thrown to the ground.
