In the photo, Mr. Perry appears to be wearing a black swimsuit, while Mr. Trudeau is shirtless and wearing long pants. Perry and Trudeau were first rumored to be dating in July, when Perry was spotted at a restaurant in Montreal while on his Lifetimes World Tour.
